Read on to see about a special limited time offer for Young Adult Money readers!
I spend a lot of money on gas each month, as my commute is 20 miles each way every weekday. Needless to say, gas can get expensive. I’m always looking to save money and I’m excited to share an offer with you about how you can save money on your gas bill every single time you fuel up.
Sunoco has over 4,900 locations throughout the United States.
More importantly, though, they have a credit card that gives you cash back on every gas purchase. Besides that, here are some other benefits of the card:
- Instantly receive a gas discount of 5¢ off every gallon of fuel purchased at any Sunoco station
- Use the Sunoco gas card to pay at the pump for fast, easy fill-ups and see gas rewards instantly
- Manage your Sunoco gas credit card account 24/7 online
- Flexible payment options
- Additional Sunoco fuel credit cards at no cost, so your entire family can save
- Nationwide ATM access
- Secure, with $0 liability for unauthorized purchases
IF that’s enough to get you excited, we have a promo code that will give you $.25 cents off on every gallon of gas for the first 60 days.
If you want to take advantage of this offer, you need to apply for the Sunoco Gas Credit Card by visiting the dedicated application page for this promotion. Enter in the special offer code of IT13 on your application.
If approved, make sure you activate your card upon receipt and you can start enjoying your $.25 cents off per gallon every day, every time instantly at the pump for 60 days.
Read more information about the gas card here or head on over to the application page to get signed up.

I have never had a gas credit card or a Sunoco card. Too busy chasing points and miles I guess! =/

I haven’t really looked into gas credit card rewards but this is really smart. I too have a fairly lengthy commute and would love to save a little at the pump each week. Thanks for sharing!

Not too bad at all for a gas card. We don’t have Sunoco in Omaha and drive so little these days that it wouldn’t make sense for us.
DC @ Young Adult Money says
Holly at ClubThrifty Haha yeah I don’t think you”ll ever get around to getting a gas card, Holly!
DC @ Young Adult Money says
BudgetforMore I think it’s getting to the point where if you don’t have a gas card or other rewards card you are really missing out on some savings.
DC @ Young Adult Money says
FrugalRules John, it always makes sense to sign up for a new credit card. Don’t give me excuses! Just kidding, there also is not a Sunoco in Minnesota so this card won’t work for us.

I have never gotten a gas card because I could not even tell you what brand of fuel is near me. I control my driving and keep my gas costs low by that way, but I could not tell you if the gas station I use is Sunoco, Hess or BP. That being said, I think that for people who drive A LOT, a gas card makes sense.
DC @ Young Adult Money says
blonde_finance Yeah I think a gas card would make sense for me and Victoria, because we both work a decent distance away from home. But that’s who gas cards are made for – people who drive a lot!
